Practicing ESB Technology for Internet, Mobile Banking and Third Party Services Integration in case of Tsehay Bank

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of enterprise service bus (ESB) in facilitating service integration and meeting the changing demands of businesses, particularly in financial institutions. With many banks in Ethiopia adopting ESB, it is crucial for new players like Tsehay Bank to choose the right, efficient, and cost-effective ESB. The paper presents a comparative analysis of four widely used ESB technologies - WS02, Red Hat Fuse, Fiorano, and Apache ServiceMix and recommends the best ESB option for Tsehay Bank. Overall, this paper highlights the benefits of employing ESB in service integration and recommend one of the ESB tool mentioned above for Tsehay bank digital banking division.
