Research Methods

Course Description:

This course is designed to encourage students an in-depth understanding of research methods. The focus will be on issues of design, conceptualization, analysis, and interpretation of research procedures, facilitating a working knowledge of research methods. This course also introduces students with basic concept of research, research methodology, research design and research result report writing. The knowledge acquired will be used to undertake a real world’s research gap with the integration of technology

Objective:

  At the end of the course, students will be able to:

• Describe the basic components of the research process;
• Demonstrate an understanding of the methods and procedures in research;
• Give examples of the different types of research methodologies used by researchers
• Design a research plan;
