The principle of IT Project Management can be used across all sectors of business, at all levels of the organization and at all stages of the project lifecycle. This course deals with the decisions and actions related to planning, organizing, leading, and controlling programs and projects. The includes the following units: Project Management Frame Work, Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management.

Objectives:
